► Refunds are considered on a case by case basis, and exchanges are welcome with the return shipping cost to be covered by the customer. Should you need a return or exchange please;

► REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 1 week of receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.
► CUSTOM ORDERS
Please be certain of your ring size as I will not be able to resize without damaging fragile stones or settings. Custom orders are non-refundable as well as they were made specifically for you.
► DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged please snap a picture and contact me via contact form immediately upon receipt so I can arrange a replacement for you.
